1. Project Overview

This project plan outlines the implementation of advanced AI capabilities for the ZENO platform,

including autonomous AI, LLM capabilities, machine learning, real-time data acquisition and

analysis, and natural language processing.

2. Project Timeline

Based on the revised timeline from the previous response, we propose the following schedule

for AI implementation:

1. Project Planning and Requirements Definition (August 1, 2024 – October 31, 2024)

2. Design Phase (November 1, 2024 – January 31, 2025)

3. Development Phase (February 1, 2025 – July 31, 2025)

4. Testing Phase (August 1, 2025 – September 30, 2025)

5. Release Preparation (October 1, 2025 – November 30, 2025)

6. Release and Deployment (December 1, 2025 – December 25, 2025)

7. Maintenance and Support (December 26, 2025 – Ongoing)

3. AI Capabilities Implementation Plan

3.1 Autonomous AI

● Implement reinforcement learning algorithms for automated decision-making

● Develop self-optimizing algorithms for continuous improvement

● Create a modular AI architecture for easy adaptation to new tasks

3.2 LLM Capabilities

● Integration of a state-of-the-art LLM (e.g., GPT-4 or similar)

● Fine-tuning LLM on domain-specific data

● Implement APIs for sentence generation, summarization, and translation

3.3 Machine Learning

● Develop a suite of ML models for classification, regression, and clustering

● Implement feature engineering pipelines ● Create an automated model selection and hyperparameter tuning system
